4. Billing and subscriptions

• Paid access is billed via Stripe according to the plan shown at checkout.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time through your billing settings or support.
• Promotions and discounts may be modified or removed at our discretion.

5. Data and output quality

Leadsnipe provides intent-ranked leads based on available public data and automated scoring. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, conversion rate, revenue increase, or lead accuracy.

6. Intellectual property

Leadsnipe and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers (for example, payment, email, and external content platforms). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by those providers.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent allowed by law.
